A basic profile to get started. Studied a degree course in painting and lino printing at Walthamstow College of art,(just before it was demoted! Excellent teachers,just government poilcy. Later while teaching astronomy I encountered the etching classes run by Peter Freeth RA. This lead me into etching. I make prints mainly of trees, but also very much enjoy figure studies. Have really only ever had time to make art a secondary profession. I am a member of '12PM'. This is a group of East Anglian based print makers. Have exhibited in numerous open art exhibitions, RA Summer, RWA Autumn,N E A C, Threadneedle Art Prizes, Hunting PLC Art Prizes, etc.
